FSC Certified reclaimed wood flooring from non-restorable barns, old factories, and unused fence posts. Expect to see colorful heartwood, large knots, nail holes, dents and dings, and of course the rich tobacco patina in our Tobaccowood flooring. Our milled grade shows variable grain and color patterns while the distressed grade features the weathered patina and rough saw kerf that makes this floor an exceptional choice for any flooring project.

Preserve History and bring it into your home.

We love old barns. Often, you enter these old structures, and it is as if time had stood still for 100 years, and you can imagine walking out into another world.
There is something about walking into a factory or warehouse the size of a whole city block, and seeing row upon row of massive structural timbers, supporting the machinery that was once the heart and soul of the great American Economy.
Beginning with the roof and roof structure, the building is carefully taken apart, piece by piece, all the way down to its foundation.
Once the lumber arrives back at the mill, the romance ends. Now begins the extremely labor intensive process of de-nailing, sawing, and drying the lumber, in preparation for the milling process.
Your Individual order is not processed until it is purchased. At that time the Milling process begins designed for your specific needs. This is why there is a 6-8 week lead time. We appreciate your patience and remember; good things come to those who wait.
