Franmar’s all-purpose cleaner is also available in a concentrate! Dilute BLUE BEAR® Emerge™ Concentrate Cleaner & Degreaser to quickly eliminate grease, grime and oils from most hard surfaces, including painted walls, metal, concrete and asphalt. Ideal as a follow-up to BLUE BEAR mastic remover and paint strippers, it also has countless other uses around the house and garage! If you do a lot of cleaning, our concentrate is a great value!
- For general cleaning, one quart of concentrate makes eight gallons of Emerge
- Dilute 1:1 for use with floor scrubbing machines or as a soak for dirty tools
- Biodegradable, non-caustic and low VOC
- Safer, eco-friendly alternative to tri-sodium phosphate (TSP)

MIXING:For general cleaning of hard surfaces, mix one gallon of water with four ounces of Emerge Concentrate.
For dirty tools, soak in a tray or bucket with Emerge Concentrate diluted at a 1:1 mixing ratio (one part water to one part Emerge Concentrate).
For floor scrubbing machines, use 1:1 mixing ratio.
Apply the mixed Emerge Concentrate freely to floor or hard surface. Scrub surface to loosen dirt and grime. Remove lifted dirt and grime with a mop, squeegee or commercial vacuum. Rinse or mop surface clean with water.
