Second coat did the job to seal the off gassing from wood subfloor. However, it has been 2 days & I can't eliminate the smell from the Hard Seal. I've had windows open, running fans, A/C on - smell is not dissipating. Kilz Premium 3 would have done this in 1 coat & all odors gone in less than 24 hours - I may have to roll on a coat. I have MCS and still can't work in this room. How long does it take to off gas???
