Rubio Monocoat Wood Cream
Rubio Monocoat Wood Cream is a hydrophobic, wax-based cream that colors and protects vertical exterior wood and makes it water-repellent. The chemistry of the Wood Cream structure offers an important application benefit of coating surfaces without dripping. This moisture-regulating cream provides water-repellent and self-cleaning wood protection.
Being a product that works to color, protect, and clean, there aren’t many products to recommend pairing with Monocoat Wood Cream. However, Wood Cream is only for gates and sheds while Monocoat Hybrid Wood Protector can be used for horizontal surfaces.

Rubio Wood Cream Softener (selectable here as ‘color’ Softener) is a product that allows you to decrease the color intensity of the Rubio Wood Cream colors and create a more transparent or aged effect. Rubio Wood Cream Softener is also used as a mix-in when performing a maintenance application of Rubio Wood Cream. Do not use Softener by itself – it is only intended for mixing with other Wood Cream colors!
