Found in the ACCESSORY TAB, there are 9 accessories that can be purchased to upgrade to any existing Solatube Skylight Kit.
No pitch metal flashing is used on roofs with little to no pitch. Flat roofs and roofs with pitches between 0:12 and 3:12 The tubes attached to the top dome (known as Angle Adapter Tubes) on your roof and the light diffuser in your ceiling are 12.5" in length. They're called angel adapter tubes because they can angle up to 45 degrees after they have penetrated the plane. So the start of your sun tunnel can be pointed toward the other penetration, which may not be located directly above or below its corresponding penetration.
The total length of the two tubes and each angle adapter tube depends on the thickness of the roof deck and the ceiling. On average, these two angel adapter tubes provide for about 20" of tubing to connect to one another. If your roof deck penetration is greater than 20" from your ceiling penetration, we recommend that you purchase either a 20" extension tubes, or a 24" 0-90° to elbow (for navigating around rafters and/or other obstacles) to connect the two tubes together.
