Annual Arbor Day Tree Planting
Every year, EBP plants a tree for every $1000 earned as an offering back to the planet's forests. In 2024, with seedlings from our friends over at Benzie Conservation District and many generous helping hands, together we planted over 1,000 baby pines and birches!
Products
Green, Greener, Greenest
In a world of greenwashing, it's important for us to be transparent about our products. We expect you to be as critical with us as we are with our vendors. That said, determining a green building product is not always the most simple process, and it's not always possible to quantify the impact on the environment throughout the life cycle of each product. We also believe that, whether you're being green, or greener, or greenest, it's all in the right direction.
Our Green Criteria
Despite the difficulties in evaluating the entire lifetime of environmental impact, we nevertheless put on our detective caps and apply a rigorous criteria to all our products. If it doesn't meet the bar and hold to our green standard, then we won't sell it to ya. Period.
