Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop Zero VOC Interior/Exterior Sealant
Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop is a Zero VOC interior/exterior sealant that improves water resistance and repellency in a wide variety of surfaces including: brick walls, concrete foundations, stucco, stone and most unglazed tile.
Interior & Exterior Usage
Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop is low odor, non-toxic, is ideal for use indoors instead of a typical high solvent content sealer; yet, it is durable enough for use outdoors. It is particularly useful as a periodic maintenance coat for surfaces originally treated with AFM Safecoat WaterShield water-repelling sealer.

This product contains no volatile organic compounds and is a non-toxic sealant.Usage

Coverage
Most surfaces, 200-300 square feet per gallon. Natural limestone, 300-500 square feet per gallon.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dirt, dust, efflorescence, grease, wax, oil, silicone, tsp/soap, mill scale, oxidation, loose peeling paint or varnish, or any foreign matter/contaminants. Remove all mildew before coating any surface with Penetrating WaterStop.
Clean Up
Clean tools and equipment while still wet with a solution of SafeChoice Super Clean and warm water. Drying/curing time is 24 hours full cure in moderate humidity and heat.
Limitations
Unlike conventional sealers, Safecoat sealers are made without formaldehyde preservatives, toxic mildewicides, and fungicides. Do not contaminate. Store in airtight containers. Do not use when indoor or surface temperature is below 55 degrees F. Do not freeze. Do not apply where product will be immersed in water, such as fountains, pools or below ground areas.
Health Precautions
As will all coatings and sealers, keep the container tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not take internally. Always use adequate ventilation. If you are chemically sensitive, always test for personal tolerance.

Safecoat products are guaranteed not to be defective when properly applied. Liability expressed or implied is limited to replacement of product or refund of purchase price and does not include liability for labor costs or consequential damages.
