Packed well, arrived quickly and installed in a cinch. My only recommendation would be to post a picture with actual dimensions of the box for the rough opening and of the outside of the trim. It would help those on a tight a schedule who have to cut the whole before the product arrives. Otherwise great overall experience. I will be purchasing more of these in the future
