Packed well, arrived quickly and installed in a cinch. My only recommendation would be to post a picture with actual dimensions of the box for the rough opening and of the outside of the trim. It would help those on a tight a schedule who have to cut the whole before the product arrives. Otherwise great overall experience. I will be purchasing more of these in the future

The product is much larger than it appeared in the pictures and would look silly on my house. I ended up having to cut it down to a smaller size. I would have returned it, but your return policy would only give me 75% back plus I would have to pay shipping.
