Chemlink M-1 Structural Adhesive Sealant
Chemlink M-1 is a moisture curing, polyether adhesive/sealant designed for applications in damp, dry, or cold climates.
Chemlink M-1 is solvent free and contains no isocyanates.
Chemlink M-1 will not shrink upon curing, will not discolor when exposed to UV light, and can not “out-gas”, or bubble on damp surfaces as urethane sealants often do.
Chemlink M-1 is capable of joint movement in excess of 35% in both compression and extension.
Chemlink M-1 can be used effectively in many difficult construction site conditions such as wet or dry climates and at temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C).

Chemlink M-1 Structural Adhesive Sealant
Chemlink M-1 Structural Adhesive Sealant is a solvent-free adhesive that is non-slumping, color stable, sun grade, and can be applied down to 32F.
Chemlink M-1 adheres to a wide range of construction materials including PVC, EPDM, most metals, wood, glass, masonry concrete, fiberglass and solvent-sensitive foams so it is works in almost any situation requiring a sealant. Yet it delivers nearly 400 psi shear strength and remains elastic after cure—up to 300% elongation, so it also performs as a structural adhesive.
