AFM Safecoat Dynoseal Roof Sealant is sophisticated low-odor, all-weather, waterproof, vapor-proof coating and sealer remains flexible for years. It is highly resistant to flame spread and temperature change, and when cured is also highly resistant to gasoline, oil, grease, fungi, acids and alkalines.

USE ON:
Seamless roofs and as a deck coating and underlayment for shower stalls, pools,
tubs and saunas. It is recommended for use in repairing roofs, flashing, shingles, metal
seams, and as a vapor barrier against moisture from below-grade foundations.
LIMITATIONS:
Safecoat sealers are made without formaldehyde preservatives. Do not contaminate. Store
in airtight containers. Do not use  in temperatures is below 55 degrees F. Do not
freeze. Thick application, high humidity or conditions other than normal will cause Safecoat to dry and cure more slowly.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Clean surfaces of dirt, grease, mildew and oil.
Surface should be completely dry before application.
APPLICATION:
Before application stir Safecoat DynoSeal, then apply with a brush or 3/8” roller. Roof and deck coating: 2 coats. Below grade application: 4 coats.
Safecoat DynoSeal is not meant to be exposed to the elements for extended periods of time. It should be top-coated with Safecoat RoofGuard. Note: these instructions are intended to be general
only and not exhaustive. The applicator should determine which preparation and techniques are best suited to the specific surface.
CLEAN-UP:
clean tools and equipment with a warm soapy water solution.
DRYING/CURING TIME:
Re-coatable after 2 hours in normal conditions.
Normal conditions include a dry surface, access to fresh air flow, moderate humidity, and temperatures above 55 degrees F.
The temperature should remain above 45 degrees F for two days to allow full curing. Surface remains tacky to touch after drying.
HEALTH PRECAUTIONS:
As with all coatings and sealers, keep container tightly closed and out of the reach of children.
