Recently, we purchased this product to seal our commercial building which is Pine, Board and Batten. The application was incredibly easy, the product performs exactly as described, and we loved the no odor/ no mess while working with it. In total, we had to cover over 4200 sq ft. The representative I spoke with at a distributor in Michigan was exceptional. He took almost 1/2 hour answering my questions about performance and concerns in my geographical area and also helped me understand the comparable products. He was able to able to process my order and ship the very same day so that we received it prior to colder, wet weather setting in. It's rare to get someone on the phone these days who knows the level of detail that was shared, is patient with concerns and questions and quickly executes when needed.
