As of July 2026, Solatube International has redesigned the bottom section of its tubular skylight system. This component extends through the ceiling and connects to the interior diffuser.
Due to this update, all current diffuser models are only compatible with either a newly purchased Solatube system or the Bottom Tube Upgrade Kit LX. If your existing system has not been upgraded with the Bottom Tube Upgrade Kit LX, these diffusers will not fit.
UPGRADE your older Daylighting System with Solatube's Bottom Tube Assembly Upgrade Kit if your system was manufactured before July 2026. only buy one of these diffusers if you have upgraded your bottom tube assembly or have purchased a brand new kit.
AVOID RETURNING YOUR BRAND-NEW DIFFUSER because it is incompatible with your existing system. Returns due to incompatibility will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
